Prioritising the most sought-after neighborhoods that command a significant price premium (e.g. Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Bulgari Island). Seeking properties in good locations that are in need of renovation, providing strong potential for value-add and capital appreciation.

Legal and Financial Feasibility
Working closely with Taylor Wessing, a leading global law firm with a trusted and experienced team in the Middle East, to carry out a full legal analysis prior to any property purchase. This minimises legal risk by ensuring all potential legal issues are understood, analyzed and addressed.

Design and Procurement
Our in-house design team partners with Dubai's best architects, interior designers, contractors and project managers. We select from a pre-qualified set of trusted service providers to suit the specific parameters of each project.

Construction
Overseeing the entire build process, monitoring potential risks and resolving any issues that may emerge. Our team of cost consultants and quantity surveyors monitor all appointed contractors, and ensure build costs consistently remain within budget.

Sales and Marketing
Capturing additional value through an effective and well-executed sales strategy. Undertaking deep analysis to understand and respond to residential trends and submarkets within the Dubai prime sectors.
